1. How are delivery times calculated?

Delivery times vary depending on the option chosen: standard delivery by post, via Mondial Relay, or directly to the workshop if you are nearby. When finalizing your order, you will be able to select the option that suits you best, and we will tell you the estimated time to receive your items.

2. What is the quality of the clothing offered by Maison Nicée?

At Maison Nicée, quality is at the heart of our concerns. We rigorously select our materials to ensure durability and comfort. All our clothes are designed to meet our customers' high standards in terms of quality and style.

3. How do I send a gift to someone?

To send a gift, simply enter the recipient's address when ordering and select the gift wrapping option. You can also add a personalized message if you wish.

4. How to use a promo code on the site?

To benefit from your promo code, enter it in the field provided for this purpose when placing your order. The reduction will be applied immediately if the code is valid. Remember that promo codes cannot be combined and must be used within their validity period.

6. What are the delivery options and costs?

We offer several delivery options:

  • Standard by post,
  • Via Mondial Relay,
  • Pick up in workshop (74100).
  • Costs vary depending on the option chosen and will be specified when you confirm your order.

7. How does the pre-order process work?

When you place a pre-order with Maison Nicée, we will provide you with an estimated date of availability of the item. Pre-order times are generally 2 to 4 weeks. We will inform you by email as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.

8. What is your returns and refunds policy?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to decide if you want to keep your items. If you decide to return them, make sure they are in their original condition, with all tags attached. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the items are received and inspected, we will process the refund via the same payment method used for purchase.
